Owner & Transaction Manager
Nicole is a 3rd generation real estate entrepreneur with over 18 years experience in the industry. She is a licensed REALTOR in Virginia and North Carolina. Through various roles in the real estate industry, Nicole found her true passion. Creating My Real Estate Transaction turned her dream of supporting others into a reality. Besides loving her job, Nicole is usually in the kitchen cooking up wild concoctions, painting, or playing with her little monster [dog], Isabelle.

Transaction Coordinator
Lisa interned and then was hired on at her father's real estate brokerage in Fredericksburg, VA. Her intrigue into the real estate business was born there! As a “Deliberate Leader”, Lisa pays thorough attention to detail and finds joy and satisfaction in creating ways to help fine-tune and streamline systems and processes. Lisa is My Real Estate Transaction's Team Specialist and can help you and your team manage your transactions. In her free time, you’ll find her outside in the beautiful FL sunshine with her husband and kids with an iced coffee in hand.
BETH GOODWIN
Transaction Coordinator
Beth is excited to be a part of the My Real Estate Transaction team, and is a woman on the move. She and her husband Scott have 3 kiddos. Beth has moved 5 times over the past 10 years, giving her plenty of experience on the other side of a transaction. That's what inspired Beth to pair her love of people and project based work together into a dream job that she can do from anywhere. She likes to keep things simple, honest, and fun in life and it shows in the way she lives and serves.
COURTNEY BROWN
Transaction Coordinator
Courtney is from the Hampton Roads area of Virginia. After working over 14 years in the credit union industry, she decided to obtain her real estate license. While assisting her clients in one of the most important moments of their lives, she found that working behind the scenes is what she enjoyed most. Courtney takes pride in being able to help people no matter how big or small the task. Courtney enjoys spending time with family, watching a good movie, and traveling.

CARRIE PRESTON
Listing Coordinator
Carrie has been loving life as an elementary school teacher for 16 years. Working with children is her passion, but at home, she is best-known as mommy. She and her two children enjoy walking their dog and glamping when they get a chance. The many hats that Carrie wears as a teacher and a mother, paired with her retail service background, have prepared her to coordinate listings with an attention to detail and level of care that will serve you well. She loves to check off her task list boxes too, so bring on those listings!
