Founder
Nicole Zolnowski is a 3rd generation real estate entrepreneur with nearly 25 years of experience. As a licensed broker, she brings firsthand insight into the nuances, timelines, and client expectations that define a successful transaction. Her proactive communication style and depth of industry knowledge make her a trusted partner to the agents she supports.
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys exploring everything North Carolina has to offer with her husband, Nick, and their beloved fur babe, Sampson.

Senior Coordinator
Beth is a seasoned Coordinator with over 5 years of experience supporting busy real estate agents and guiding buyers and sellers from contract to close.
Married for 15 years and a mom of 3, Beth understands the value of patience, communication, and staying one step ahead. She brings a positive, steady presence to every file and is often described as a “calm, cheerful problem-solver” who delivers the extra layer of care and support that makes clients feel like they are the only ones being served.
Her favorite part of the job? Checking off those little task boxes right on time—because every completed task means another promise kept, another deadline met, and another agent represented with excellence.

Lesley Row is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, and grew up in the Midwest before relocating to NC in 2016. A proud Purdue University graduate and devoted mother of three teenagers and three furbabies—Theo, Packer, and Lucy—Lesley skillfully balances a busy home life with her professional pursuits. She enjoys traveling with her children, spending time outdoors, and volunteers to help rescue dogs and foster them. Her dedication to both her work and personal passions reflects her commitment to helping make every real estate experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

With over 16 years in the finance world, Shantae brings a strong foundation in accuracy, compliance, and service to her role as transaction coordinator. She works alongside professionals as a trusted backend partner, providing detail support with efficiency, consistency, and integrity. Outside of work, Shantae enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter and family to include her fur grandbaby Lizzie. She enjoys traveling to tropical destinations, reading a good book, and a great cup of coffee or tea.
