My Real Estate Transaction is a company that provides transaction coordination services to real estate professionals and private sellers. We tackle the deadlines and make sure you're in compliance so you don't have to! In addition to transaction coordination, we have marketing, branding, and design consultants available. Our goal is to partner with real estate professionals and free up their time so they can build their business.

Looking for help on your listings?  We have you covered! 

Our listing coordinators will assist you throughout the listing process.  From MLS input to scheduling photos, our thorough team will be there to help coordinate the fine details such as:

  • Send introductions to all parties involved.

  • Review listing agreements and submit to compliance.

  • Follow up on corrections from compliance.

  • Coordinate photos and staging.

  • Order sign installs.

  • Create MLS Listing

  • Upload disclosures

  • Upload Photos

  • Link Sentrilock lockboxes.

  • Set up showing instructions.

  • Write remarks (with agent guidance) if requested.

TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT

We’ve fine-tuned the art of a smooth transaction. We connect agents with a dedicated, skilled transaction coordinator who will partner with them to handle dates, deadlines, and everything in between contract to close, and beyond!

There's so much to list, but we narrowed it down to give you a general idea of how we can help you:

​

  • Send intros to all parties involved.

  • Review contracts and submit to compliance.

  • Follow up on any corrections from compliance

  • Complete title/attorney info sheets for agents

  • Verify delivery of EMD.

  • Schedule inspections. 

  • Order home warranties.

  • Stay in contact with lenders for appraisal and financing status updates

  • Track due dates and send reminders.

  • Collect signatures on any additional documents as necessary. 

  • Collect utilities and remind the client's to start/stop.

  • Coordinate the walkthrough, closing, and key exchange.

  • Order signs to be removed.

  • Collect any invoices for inspections repairs and reconcile to be sure that we have everything.

  • Collect the draft ALTA and send for approval by agent and clients.

  • Send a closing letter to the clients with info on closing and what they need to bring. 

  • Send weekly updates to the agent. 

  • Post closing:

    • Collect the final ALTA and submit to the office for payment.

    • Send a review request to the client's for Zillow, social media, and more!

As real estate brokerage continues to evolve, agent onboarding has become an increasingly important (and time consuming) fact of life.

 

We work with real estate offices, teams, and groups to streamline new agent onboarding.  You don't want new agents to get lost in the shuffle of learning new systems, processes, and transfer paperwork, potentially loosing out out leads or opportunities!

 

We take that burden off of the firm and agent by partnering with them to systematize the process.
